The rooms provide charm with unique garden views, a refreshing aspect that can be appreciated during a stay. Easy access to nearby event grounds saves travel hassle.
The bathroom could really use a toilet brush for better hygiene, and adding a slip mat in the shower would enhance safety. There’s a lack of comfortable seating—having to sit on hard chairs all night isn’t ideal. the television is small, and the presence of howling Huskys nearby can be quite disturbing. A few maintenance issues, like unemptied bins and attention needed on curtain hooks, could improve overall comfort.

Convenient location with friendly staff made my stay more enjoyable. The evening meal menu offered a satisfying variety, and breakfast was particularly impressive. the room was disappointingly hot without any air conditioning, and the shower was frustratingly ineffective. I was incorrectly charged for a dog not in the room, which left a sour note on an otherwise pleasant visit.

great accessibility to parks and local attractions for city strolls
I loved having our own french windows that opened onto a cozy patio, making it so easy to enjoy the outdoors after exploring nearby landmarks like the beautiful Stoneleigh Abbey, which is less than a 5-minute walk away, and the lovely Abbey Fields, which is just over 3 km away. it's a fantastic base for weekend city strolls!

The location offers easy access to Stoneleigh Park, making it convenient for event attendees. The garden room features a private outdoor area, perfect for enjoying a bit of fresh air amidst the busy surroundings.
The room showed clear signs of wear, with tired furnishings and carpets needing a proper clean. Heating issues left the room feeling chilly, requiring creative towel placement to block drafts, and the bathroom had outdated fixtures that made hot water access frustratingly slow. Breakfast had its ups and downs. while the baked beans were decent, the overall quality left much to be desired, especially considering what you pay. Some food offerings didn’t feel worth the price, leading to a perception of less value received.

Great stay, comfy vibes!
Had a nice 3-night stay. The room was super clean and cozy, which was a big plus after a long day. They had the best hash browns at breakfast, like seriously crispy! Just found the corridors a bit noisy, especially with all the dogs. good spot!

The staff were incredibly friendly and breakfast was quite good, especially the sausages. the rooms felt outdated with a need for refurbishment, and the TV could be bigger. very convenient for attending events at Stoneleigh, but some updates would enhance the experience.
